GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
This is the privacy statement of CPQ Factory Coöperatie UA, based in Bladel, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 72854480. If you have questions or comments about this statement, please contact us using the Contact button on this website or email us at our email address.
CPQ Factory values the privacy of its visitors and customers. We treat all personal data in line with Dutch and EU privacy law. We also keep a record of our processing activities, and we follow general professional and ethical standards.
1. Who this statement applies to
This statement applies to:
- all our clients and everyone CPQ Factory is or has been in contact with;
- all visitors to our website;
- everyone whose personal data we have recorded in another way.
2. Visiting our website
We only place cookies for statistics on our website if the visitor consents. That consent is the lawful basis for these cookies. CPQ Factory uses the statistics to understand and improve how its website is used.
As a rule, we do not share personal data with third parties, unless the law requires it (for example, for the investigation of criminal offences).
2.1 Google Analytics
We only use cookies to analyse website statistics, with Google Analytics 4. Google Analytics only loads after the visitor clicks ‘Accept’ in the cookie notice. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The data is not used for advertising and is not combined with any Google services other than Google Analytics.
The Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are kept for up to 2 years. The visitor’s choice itself is stored for 12 months in the cookie cpqf_consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time through ‘Cookie settings’ at the bottom of every page. The Google Analytics cookies are then deleted.
We have an appropriate data processing agreement with Google for the Analytics service (see the privacy policy on Google’s website).
3. Using our services
We process our clients’ names, addresses and other contact details, payment details, identification details and other personal data as provided by or on behalf of the clients.
The lawful basis for processing this data is CPQ Factory’s legitimate interest in providing its services to the client as well as possible.
Where necessary, we have made appropriate data processing agreements with the processors we work with, such as phone providers, document management systems, email systems, client and file management systems, and accounting and billing systems.
Messages sent through the contact form on this website reach CPQ Factory by email through the mail service Resend, a processor based in the United States. For this, we process the name, company name, email address, phone number and message you enter.
By default, we keep client and file data for five (5) years. We only extend this to twenty (20) years if our liability is in dispute.
By default, we keep our administrative records for seven (7) years, as the law requires.
4. Your rights
Everyone concerned has the right to access, correct, delete or restrict their personal data. They also have the right to object to the processing or transfer of their personal data.
However, these rights are not always granted automatically, because privacy law also places limits on them.
5. More information
